Refund policy

We provide 30 days money back guaranteed on most purchases. In case, it has been more than 30 days since the purchase, we may provide partial or full refunds on a case by case basis. Refund can be requested at [email protected] or at our support server. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds if abuse is suspected.

Exceptions to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee - White-label premium: We provide a full refund within 3 days of purchase. After this period, any refund amount will be determined based on usage.

Account restrictions

Accounts found to be engaging in activities breaking our acceptable usage policy like fraudulent activities or scams will have their access restricted immediately. In such cases, any outstanding refunds or future will be forfeited.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously and will investigate any claims made against our service. If you are considering a chargeback, please contact our support staff first, as we may be able to provide a refund without the need for a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback may restrict your access to our services indefinitely and lead to further actions to resolve the dispute.

This policy applies to the extent permitted by law. In cases where the country of purchase has consumer protection laws that provide greater protections to the purchaser, those laws take precedence over this policy. If certain legal provisions offer protections that exceed parts of this policy, the remainder of the policy will remain enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
