Purpose of the Program

Monni Technologies Oy (“We” or “Company”) is conducting a Filter Testing Program to enhance and refine our content filtration systems. Participation involves submitting messages in designated channels for data collection and analysis.

What We Collect

  1. Messages Sent: All messages sent in specified filter testing channel(s).
  2. Account Association: Messages are linked to your account for up to 30 days. After this, the link between the message and your account is removed.
  3. Unique Message IDs: Each message is assigned a unique identifier for tracking and ensuring we can delete the messages if necessary.

How We Use Your Data

  • To improve our filtration systems through automated and manual review processes.
  • Data may be published or analyzed, but identifiers linked to participants are removed before publication.

Your Rights

  • Data Removal: You can request the deletion of any message you’ve sent within 30 days of its submission. Removal of messages over 30 days of its submissions are under our discretion as we cannot verify the ownership of messages.
  • Sensitive data and personal information: In cases where you have submitted personal information we will allow removal of it regardless of time elapsed. In cases where the message doesn’t include personal data removal of it is at our discretion.
  • Transparency: You can request details about how your data is being used and what data we have on you.
  • Opt-Out: You may withdraw consent to collect or retain sensitive data at any time. Same limitations apply as mentioned earlier.
  • Abuse: In cases of suspected abuse we may charge you a fee to cover our administrative costs.

Acknowledgment

By agreeing and doing filter testing, you confirm:

  • You understand the purpose of the program and the data handling policies.

  • You consent to the collection, usage, and processing of your messages as described.

  • You are of the legal age to give consent to the collection of data.
