Refund policy

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on most purchases. Exceptions are listed below. If it has been more than 30 days since the purchase, we may provide partial or full refunds on a case by case basis. Refunds can be requested at [email protected] or at our support server. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds if abuse of our service or refund policy is suspected.

Exceptions to the 30 day money-back guarantee

• Abuse: If we notice you are taking advantage of our refund policy we may refuse to provide further refunds.
• Custom bot and bot subscription services are governed by their own agreements and this doesn’t apply to them.
• Pay-as-you-go features are not covered and carry no refund rights. We may issue a refund at our discretion.

Account restrictions

Accounts found to be engaging in activities breaking our acceptable usage policy like fraudulent activities or scams will have their access restricted immediately. In such cases, any outstanding refunds or future refunds will be forfeited.

Refund abuse

Refund abuse is defined as follows:

• Refunding a product and buying it again to keep using it for free.
• Using different accounts to bypass abuse restrictions.
• Malicious attempts to cost us money by intentionally buying products just to refund them.
• Any other attempt to exploit our refund policy or services for financial gain or to cause us financial harm, including but not limited to creative or unforeseen methods not explicitly listed above.

Refund abuse is determined at our sole discretion and is evaluated based on the context of each case.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously and will investigate any claims made against our service. If you are considering a chargeback, please contact our support staff first, as we may be able to provide a refund without the need for a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback may restrict your access to our services indefinitely and lead to further actions to resolve the dispute.

Legal disclaimer

This policy applies to the extent permitted by law. In cases where the country of purchase has consumer protection laws that provide greater protections to the purchaser, those laws take precedence over this policy. If certain legal provisions offer protections that exceed parts of this policy, the remainder of the policy will remain enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
