Refund policy

We provide 30 days money back guaranteed on most purchases exceptions are listed below. In case, it has been more than 30 days since the purchase, we may provide partial or full refunds on a case by case basis. Refund can be requested at [email protected] or at our support server. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds if abuse of our service or refund policy is suspected.

Exceptions to the 30 day money back guarantee

  • Abuse: If we notice you are taking advantage of our refund policy we may refuse to provide further refunds.
  • Any commisioned work such as custom bots and bot subsriptions service are governed by their own agreements and this doesn’t apply to them.
  • Usage based pricing. Any usage based pricing doesn’t have money back guarantee. We are willing to discuss forgiving bills and refunds but its fully at our discretion.
