Yes Discord supports ANSI color codes inside ```ansi``` code blocks. This works on Discord's desktop and web apps. Mobile support is limited (colors may not render on all mobile clients). Another option is to use Discord's code blocks.
Type your text in the editor above, select a portion of it, then click a foreground (FG) or background (BG) colors. When done, click "Copy as Discord formatted" and paste it into Discord.
ANSI colors in Discord don't work in mobile instead they default to normal uncolored codeblocks. You can use codeblocks with language syntax highlighting for similiar effect.
Discord supports 8 foreground colors (dark gray, red, yellow-green, gold, blue, pink, teal, white) and 8 background colors. These map to standard ANSI escape codes.
